There was black lining on the tiles in the bathroom. The paint was peeling around the window. The fact that our sideline was of the roof top generator and we were charge <170$ for the ‘exterior view’ is disgraceful. The furniture was wearing and visibly cracked on the surface. I felt like I was staying in a germ hotel. Once we got there and realized the place looks NOTHING like the website- of course we couldn’t leave… because we were locked in through Expedia booking. I’m disappointed they even advertise this hotel to its customers. Brutal.

Charming hotel with nice tropical garden. The pool is small… I would say this hotel is ideal for families with young kids. There is an arcade, playroom, the pool is decent with a lifeguard on duty.

Very nice on the inside . Will never stay there again though, as was not a fan of being woken up by screaming kids at 7 am in the pool. Traffic around the area is horrendous and so is the parking. Too bad, because it is actually a nice hotel.

Our stay was very short, but if I had to give an opinion, I would suggest more comfortable pillows, see if the beds and floors could be made quieter, and it would be nice to have a rack to hang wet clothes when you get back from the pool, since the bathroom is very small. The pool area was generally fine and supervised by a hotel employee who was responsible for enforcing the rules. But I found the area boring; it lacked color, lights, music... even when there wasn't a special activity, the rest of the time it wasn't fun. Thanks

Comfortable bed and Murphy bed. We had a room with balcony over the pool and it was enjoyable to sit out. The kids liked it to and the pool. The restaurant is great. The room and property is a bit tired looking, in need of some fixing and updates to the furniture (many of the faux leather that is used in rooms and restaurant is peeling). Reminds me of old Las Vegas. Cool but a little dingy. I would recommend and had a good stay.

Good to sleep but not much entertainment for kids

Our stay was decent. Originally we wanted to stay at hotel quebec (we stayed there twice already) but it was full. The rooms were great for what we needed. The pool wasn't very comfortable it was a little too warm. The arcade looked like it saw better days. The games were old and worn. There were no balls for the fooseball table. There was a tv that wasnt working and looks like they used to have a video game system there was was taken out. None of the vending machines worked even after changing our coins. Staff was friendly and helped where they could. If you're just planing on sleeping there it's a great hotel but if you were planning on entertaining kids on site you may want to try somewhere else

Doors need child proof locks

Only fault the room had was that there is no bolt or chain lock, so keeping our toddler from opening the door and trying to leave was difficult .
