The property is nice we liked our room with the balcony over looking the pool area.the pool itself was nice warm and the hot tub the only thing which I think should be looked at is the the tile that gets really wet and very very slippery could be updated to something more none slippery.Other than that I rate this place as good but also can be excellent

Tropical Wonderful

The decor is amazing. The staff are polite. The rooms are clean and the food is good and they have live music. I always choose a room with a view of the plants and shrubs and a little balcony seating area. The down side is that the pool area gets very noisy.

Très bel endroit propre et calme. J'ai demander une bassinette bébé (surplus de 15$) toutefois la bassinette y étais sans aucun draps. Ils sont venu me porter la literie nécessaire lorsque que nous étions à la piscine, mais j'ai dû moi-même faire le lit. Restaurant de l'hôtel très bon avec bel ambiance, service très lent ont ne dois pas être pressé (souper et déjeuner). La piscine est très propre et l'eau chaude.

Not the best experience

The noise from the pool area was so loud we needed to switch rooms. The hotel is definitely showing signs of age. The room door would not always engage to open. Handle loose. Elevators were breaking down every day. Mild and mildew was growing on the bathroom ceiling.
