The lobby and pool are nice, but that's where it ends. The hallway carpets are really dirty and full of stains. The walls are dingy and mid-repair and the lighting is dark. The rooms were okay - they were clean at least, but they need some work. The beds are too low and the mattress is uncomfortable. There was a door to a balcony but it was nailed shut. The bathroom is really small and the shower rod is not secured to the wall (ours fell down). As well, when we came out in the morning all the housekeeping staff was sitting on the floor. They also don't tell you that they do not clean your rooms. When I inquired at the front desk they said "oh yah, they don't enter the rooms. If you need something you have to ask us". I would never recommend this hotel, however, I have stayed in worse.

Bad washroom design

The hotel room has a bad smell and agree with other reviews, the washroom door makes you feel you are living in a cell, like a prisoner. Also, there is absolutely no counter top space or hanger in the washroom.

A good stay option in Quebec City

Our stay was pleasant and the hotel met our needs for the trip. The room was comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the location seems to be good to get around the city. Overall, it was a good option for a stopover for us as part of the longer road trip. Another plus is Boston Pizza which you can access from inside the hotel.

Even thou i speak english and the community is all french they had someone who could communicate with us. Very friendly. The room is amazing its has its own entrance to the pool. Pool is really unique as well. Has a scandinavian spa like feel. There a birds as well to add to the character.
