There is major construction around the hotel, so navigating with all the detour signs was very difficult. The hotel shows its age, and the central smell of chlorine hits you upon entry like it's an indoor water park. The staff and service were excellent, so I have no complaints with that. Many families on a tight budget would have no issue with the hotel. However, I'm unsure if we will consider the hotel again the next time we are in Quebec.

Il serait important de mentionné sur. Votre site que le séjour de fds et de semaine est très différent . Premièrement, lorsqu’il y a un bris pour un service et que cela concerne notre journée complète , cela devrait être dédommagé .. vu les heures d’arrivée ( on s’entend que 17h avec des jeunes enfants .. et 11h et ouverture de lieu a 9h et en retard aussi… pas bcp de temps . aucune animation ni divertissement de votre réputation.. aucune . Je consens que c’est une période tranquille mais 50$ de différence .. et aucune musique le soir dans la piscine comme d’habitude , aucun Cinéma en bas., Aucun spectacle ou autre .. bcp d’option dispo peut se faire malgré le peu de monde… rien du tout ! ..que seulement une piscine et un module qui on fait rapidement le tour . Le spa a été en réparation toute la journée et soirée le 10 avril séjour très décevant mais le personnel tjs accueillant et non leur faite mais très déçu vu la réputation que vous avez . Aucune aucune animation - divertissement que ça.. on arrive et on se fait dire cela.. très très décevant plus la répartie. Du soa .. j’ai payé pour cela à ce que je sache …

Première soirée , il a eu un manque du service pour le restaurant 10 Vague On a demandé le menu repas et lui des boissons, Nous avons demander un pichet de bière et on l’a jamais reçu !!! Plusieurs machine de jeux au sous sol qui fonctionne mal ou juste pas ! Les jeux d’eau pour enfants manque entretien et de l’amour ! L’accès à hôtel est compliqué dû aux construction routière ( ce n’est pas de votre faute mais en tant que client j’aurais aimer être informé d’un raccourci …… !
