Unassuming place but makes for a wonderful experience without burning a hole in your pocket. I especially loved all the space, the tranquility, and the haunted hostel feel - I felt like I was in a movie. The staff was courteous, and the linen clean. I would love to return someday.

Good budget accommodation

Room was clean but warm as there were not fan or AC. Bed was comfortable. It takes 1 hour to get to Old Quebec if you takes bus 92 or 94 on schedule (after 8:00 AM is every hour) to Sainte Foy and connect with bus 800 or 801. To return home at night, the bus 92 or 94 is every hour from Sainte Foy. There are not grocery store near by. For $40.00 CAD the night it is not bad. Be aware that there are new immigrants leaving in the residence due to lack of housing, no issues with them. The surrounding of the building is a forest and St Lawrence River.

It’s a very run down building not clean outside. Bed and pillows are horrible but if you’re staying one night it’s ok. Wouldn’t recommend for any more then one night.

This was a decent spot to crash for the night but I wouldn't come here for any other reason than that. Pro: The price. Con: The location of the specific residence was unclear (the address in Expedia took us to a different parking lot, and the "name" of the place also didn't match up in Google maps - we eventually went by the very outdated photo in the ad). The room itself was very basic, which was totally fine by us, however there were multiple splatters on the walls by trash cans (one looked like it was coffee grounds), and the bathroom wasn't clean.

I had a very bad experience with this property. No air conditioning in the premises and my toddler couldn't sleep, we ended up going to clinic for health issues. Never again in this kind of hotels. Sorry for Expedia team to publish this kind of hotels. I strongly recommend some credit in my account for the unnecessary hassle caused. Executives of Expedia please do step in and action accordingly

An easy-to-access location with ample parking. Clean sheets. The spaces are generally well-maintained. Despite the fact that the building is currently undergoing renovations, In general, the establishment has a 1980s decor, but it's functional
