Hermosa casa ideal para descanso familiar, reuniones con amigos o trabajo remoto. Amplio jardín con alberca privada con servicio de caldera, 1 Asador con 2 mesas y asientos. La casa cuenta con 1 chimenea, amplia cocina, sala y comedor. Todos los cuartos cuentan con baño completo. El fraccionamiento es muy seguro con mucha iluminación y vigilancia las 24 horas. Aceptamos mascotas (La casa cuenta con malla ciclónica para evitar se escapen). El jardín cuenta con baño completo.

La planta baja cuenta con 2 recamaras (1 recamara al entrar a la casa y la otra en el patio se servicio) ambas con camas matrimoniales y baño completo.
El primer piso cuenta con 3 recamaras, la recamara principal no se ocupa y se encuentra bajo llave. Las otras 2 recamas cuentan con 2 camas matrimoniales y 2 camas individuales con terraza y baños completos.

La magia de este lugar es que nos encontramos en una calle cerrada lo que lo hace mas privado y relajante. El Club de Golf esta a unos 10 minutos del centro de Tequisquiapan.
