Limpio. Tendrás que comprar tu propio papel de baño cuando se te acabe el que hay en el cuarto, y no habrá cambios de toallas! Pero bueno por el precio me pareció todo bien. Gracias!! :)

¿Fue una buena estancia? Tuve un par de problemas: fue muy difícil encontrar el edificio por la noche. Los números eran muy pequeños para identificarlos. Necesitaban poner algo en la parte exterior de la puerta para que se pudiera ver desde el taxi y tapar el bache. Nos mojamos con agua dos veces cuando pasaron los coches. Y después de 3 o 4 días, es necesario cambiar las toallas y barrer el suelo. Además, las paredes son muy finas y se podía oír a la habitación de al lado hablando con voz normal. La cama era súper cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. El personal fue excelente y me encantó la cafetera. ¡También fue genial tener una nevera y un microondas! ¡Y Dios mío, cambien la dirección de la puerta del baño para que se abra hacia afuera! ¡El ascensor fue una bendición y la ubicación es maravillosa!

I forgot my passports in my room when I left (I know that is my fault), I went back to look for them the next day and they where nowhere to be found. I am positive I left them there. The lady who manages was quite aggressive and defensive when I asked about them. Talked to the security manager and the funny/worst is that out of the 14 cameras in the property apparently 10 of them don't work "and have not worked for some time". I just wanted to see the smile of the person who found my pouch with my passports and money. Interesting that a chain of this size can't fix their security cameras. I offered a reward for my documents and no questions asked, they could keep my money. Didn't get anything back. Sad and frustrating.

The hotel was okay overall, nothing too bad, but nothing great either. The service was decent, and the staff were polite. However, the biggest issues were the noise and how hard it was to find the place. On top of that, the room was pretty noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

Good place to stay in El Centro.

Stayed for 20 nights. No a/c & temperatures reached 37c; my mistake, for sure. Never offered a room cleaning during the 20 days.

Room was as expected - nice. The communication and service at the hotel is the worst I’ve tried. They say they have 24/7 service. We tried for days to reach the hotel through several different channels. Instead I got 11 bot-generated emails on information I did not need. We also had to pay a deposit on arrival on cash, and spend too much time getting the money back. Would not recommend.

La habitación, la ubicación y el lugar todo excelente, muy buen lugar a un excelente precio Los únicos dos detalles, no mencionan un depósito en efectivo que se da al llegar lo que causa mucha confusión Adicional el check in era a cierta hora llegué dos horas después y aún así no tenían la habitación lista
