From the moment you step inside you will be greeted by an open concept living space with soaring ceilings, sun-filled windows, & a light modern coastal aesthetic creating an inviting atmosphere. The open layout effortlessly connects the living room, kitchen, dining room, & outdoor spaces making it easy to gather, unwind, & make lasting memories together. The thoughtfully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. The spacious island with bar seating invites guest to gather while meals are prepared. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea at the fully stocked coffee bar, or come together at the dining table that seats 6 but has the ability to expand to 8 so the 2 extra chairs in the closet. Gather together to enjoy a home cooked dinner or laughter & memories over game night. Relax on the couch with a throw blanket & using our WiFi log into your favorite streaming services to watch your shows or find a movie to nestle in with for the night. Sunserra is a gated community and a fob is required to open all gates. The gate fob will be provided to guests upon arrival to resort for convenient entry for guests for length of stay. Additional instructions for initial entry to the community will be provided prior to guests’s arrival.
Please note the provided key fob must be returned prior to departure to avoid a $100 fob fee.
*Entry to Home*
Our home features a smart lock keypad. Prior to arrival you will be provided with a personal code to open the front door. Guest’s have full access to home except owner’s storage closet under the stairs & tall storage cabinet in primary suite bathroom.
*Parking*
Sunserra HOA requires a $50 vehicle registration pass per visit, max of 2 vehicles per stay. Host will provide instructions for vehicle registration & payment. Host requires a 7 day advance notice for vehicle registration/parking passes, passes need to be displayed during stay. Host has 2 designated parking spaces conveniently located directly in front of townhome.
*Garage/Boat Parking*
There is no boat/RV/trailer parking in Sunserra.Host has a garage that is 11’4” X 30’ in Sunserra community that can be used to park your boat or toys for during your stay. If interested please message host for details, $30/day paid directly to host. For larger boats/trailers parking can be reserved thru CB Park and Store across the street from Sunserra.
