The mornings here are special with Beautiful Sunrises for all to enjoy! New spa just outside front door with many jets and multiple lighting features inside and out! Enjoy the spa at night to see the stars and lights reflecting across the lake.
Fire pit outside with plenty of firewood for your enjoyment.
Peaceful area with lots of trees if you want quiet this is the place to relax and unwind!
Beautiful New Kitchen with Large Island and New Barstools and New Couches too! Pool Table and lots of games! 2 Bedrooms 1 has a King Bed. The additional bedroom has 5 bunk beds. One Full bath with shower/tub access from primary bedroom and hallway.
When rain falls and you are visiting you can hear and see our own natural waterfall off the deck. Parking is not a problem with the circular driveway and an area to park your boat or cars.
Minutes from a boat launch. Great for walking or riding bikes in the area. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Heber Springs and Sandy Beach about 25 minutes away. Hiking trails in the area. Rock diving in the lake at the Dam and rentals for boats or canoes available at different marinas depending on the time of the year and at different locations around Greers Ferry Lake. Private residence upstairs but not always occupied. No events or wild parties but feel free to enjoy your stay! No pets please.

Great view!

The big open area was a great place to relax, play pool and watch a movie. The view of the lake was wonderful.

GREAT VIEWS AND HOST

The views from this place are amazing, huge porch up and downstairs. Perfect for larger groups and very spacious.The host was amazing and super kind. Loved that there was much variety or appliances. The pool table was definitely a huge highlight for us as well.Overall great property and experience would 10/10 recommend for large parties !!

Best View-Fantastic Property

We were blown away when walking thru the front door. The view was incredible and breathtaking. The entire property exceeded our expectations. Beyond roomy, a very well thought out home. Our group enjoyed out stay and felt so comfortable. Doreen stayed in communication and was very helpful with restaurants and grocery stores. The property really made our trip to Greers Ferry Lake so much better!
