Exclusive home located in one of the best areas in Quito, available for Executive and Tourist. Close to all places of interest: the city center, nightlife, several restaurants of different types of cuisine, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport and parks. You will love my place because of the cozy space.

There are three bedrooms giving all the comfort you need to relax and fully recover for the next adventure awaiting for you. There are no noises from the street to ensure you have a great night sleep. The bedrooms have large closets; a full bed in the first, one full and one twin in the second and third bedrooms. There are two full baths, tv room, with netflix, and local channels and a half bath, wifi, dining room, living room with a half bath, and Kitchen with microwave and all the necessary for your stay. Two garages always available

Has excellent connection with public transportation like ECOVIA, (it's going to historic downtown), many lines of buses at 1 block, city touristic bus stop at few blocks.
