Hotel doesnt give you the bill, they say expedia will give me the bill, they dont explain you why, when you make the reservation, that is not explained, I will never go back to the hotel

Loved the staff!

Hotel and staff were amazing! The only problem was 11 pm, our room filled up with cigarette smoke, unbearable, and we had no idea where it came from. Showers had a pulsing hot -15 seconds and then 15 cold. In SAmerica not so bad. In a suite, room 2 if hotel wants to see where smoke comes from.

Good location Friendly staff

Excellent room with small kitchen. Staff very friendly but only speak Spanish which can be fun if you keep Google Traslate handy. Lots of restaurants near by. Tip: as always, don't leave valuables lying around the room. Overall I recommend!
