Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The guy spoke to us over the phone the day before and told us to call when we were 15 min out. We called and the guy refused to tell us where the apartment was, refused us to stay, and took the money for the apartment rental. We were in the middle of the street with our suitcases and had nowhere to stay for the 3 nights we rented.
