Villetta Mary - Salento Reservation

Villetta Mary - Salento Reservation is a lovely house located in the basement ideal for several families or a group of friends who want to stay together for a total of 20 beds. Located just 150 meters from the sea in the marina of Torre Suda, an enchanting Salento marina in the Ionian Sea, a hamlet of the municipality of Racale about 10 km from Gallipoli, consisting mainly of flat, low and easily accessible rocks where bathing is widely practiced.
The structure consists of a complex of four apartments composed as follows:
First unit: a fantastic four-room apartment with two large verandas, one on the front and one on the back, where you can spend moments of serenity and relaxation. Inside, the structure offers a large bright living room fully furnished with a double sofa bed to accommodate two more guests, a kitchen with ceiling fan, three large double bedrooms all air conditioned, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom available in the house is instead equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
Second unit: the apartment in the basement, at the entrance an initial veranda furnished with garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals. Inside, the structure consists of a comfortable living room equipped with sofas, table and chairs and a kitchen equipped for any type of preparation, a subsequent hallway that leads to the two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a single bed and a double bedroom. The bathroom is complete and equipped with a bathtub. Outside at the back, on the other hand, the structure is equipped with a large veranda equipped with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue to enjoy in complete tranquility the food that this fantastic territory has to offer.
Third unit: Studio apartment consisting of a fully furnished living room with table and chairs and a kitchenette complete with every comfort for preparing meals, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. Outside on the front, the structure offers a large veranda, shared with the adjacent three-room apartment, furnished with table and garden furniture and barbecue so you can enjoy fantastic moments of relaxation and enjoy excellent outdoor meals.
Fourth unit: Three-room apartment with a large living room furnished with tables and chairs with a kitchenette complete with every comfort to prepare excellent meals, always in the living room there is a double sofa bed. At the disposal of guests there are also a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a full bathroom with shower box. Outside, the structure has a veranda on the front in common with the adjoining studio, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation and excellent outdoor meals.
The apartment is complete with wi-fi, TV, washing machine, fans and the possibility of free parking on the street. Torre Suda is a very quiet place but quite close to the central Torre San Giovanni or Gallipoli where you can go to walk along avenues full of people and places that are always open.
Every type of commercial space as well as the center of the marina, characterized by a fantastic coastal garden overlooking the sea and where all the most important events take place, are within walking distance.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

for check ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00am euro 100.00.

For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
