Services: Equipped kitchen with sea view, functional bathroom and a practical outdoor laundry area equipped with a washing machine, drain and a very comfortable second shower (perfect for rinsing off the salt when returning from the beach!).


Equipped Patio: A private outdoor area with umbrella, dining table and armchairs, ideal for slow breakfasts or dinners under the stars.
Safe Solarium: A suggestive spiral staircase leads to the upper terrace. We have thought about the safety of the little ones: the staircase is equipped with a closing gate , making access controlled and safe for families with children.

The air conditioner is present in the corridor, in front of the entrances to the two bedrooms.
Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay to be paid in cash on site.
Please let us know with a message your preference regarding the second bed (if applicable to your number of guests) and any extra services during the booking.
Electricity consumption included up to 10kWh/day. The excess will be calculated at €0.30/kWh
