Staff was courteous. Room was okay, very basic and did not provide access to standard needs such as an iron, hair dryer, etc. Many of items were clearly uncleaned such as the coffee pot with grimey fingerprints, the bath tub floor was BLACK from the bottoms of feet, etc. Another guest even tried to check in and their room was completely untouched by housekeeping. Not the best. This hotel was in a nice area and I didn't feel unsafe as a single woman staying alone.
