Freshly Renovated Home with Large Fenced Yard

Enjoy this freshly renovated, pet-friendly whole house rental with stainless steel appliances and spacious kitchen. This beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath property with extra large fenced back yard is perfect for families with pets and is only 13 minutes to City Center, 6 minutes to Wake Tech, 16 minutes to NC state, and 22 minutes to RDU. Major shopping center just 5 minutes up the road. All pets must be disclosed in your booking message $75 each pet, limit of two pets.

Arrive by car and have enough space to comfortably park two cars in the well lit driveway. The front door has a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in. The cozy living room is straight ahead with plush sectional couch, new 55in smart TV and work desk. Rear living room door takes you out to the new back deck with gas grill and patio furniture for entertaining including fire pit. The inviting modern kitchen is immediately to the right upon entering the home and is complete with new stainless steel appliances and small island incl. 2 stools, perfect for morning coffee. The spacious dining area is open to the living room and kitchen and can host comfortably 7 guests. The stairs leading to the three bedrooms is to the immediate left when you step though the front door. The main bedroom with comfy King bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom overlooks the backyard and is the first room to the left at the end of the staircase. The bedroom straight ahead has one Queen bed and shares a bathroom with the bedroom to the right that has two Twin beds. The laundry room is in the hallway and has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. All windows are new and have blinds, screens, and are noise reducing to guarantee a relaxing stay while in the city.

Base nightly rate includes for 6 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night. Private rental agreement and security deposit hold on credit card (like a hotel) are required.

A great stay for our family

This was a great property for our group of family members. The property was very clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials and a great location with easy access to major roads and freeways which made it easy to get around town. It was a bit chilly to enjoy the deck and yard, but with warmer weather, the yard would be great to hang out in.

Convenient location with a large backyard

We stayed at this place for a weekend, liked the cleanliness and renovations although it could use some new furniture including beds, the backyard is spacious and fenced, our dog loved it.

The perfect home away from home

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed for a hockey game. This property was in the perfect location for all of our events. The extra large backyard for the dogs was a bonus.

North Raleigh stay

We loved the house space, yard and deck. We spent alot of time outside. The kitchen is well stocked. The living room furniture and all mattresses need to be replaced. They are older and not that comfortable. The neighborhood wasn’t particularly friendly and had a couple barking dogs in the night. Overall it was a good property just needs a couple updates.

Great Place to Stay!

My family stayed for the weekend while visiting family in Raleigh. The location is great and the place is newly renovated - very clean & spacious! We had a great time. One thing to note is the backyard is fenced in but not great for small dogs as there are gaps under the fence (our small dog got out but luckily didn't go far!) I would absolutely recommend and will stay here again if ever visiting Raleigh in the future.
