I had the absolute worst experience ever. First, the room smelled like a strong odor of marijuana for it to be a “smoke-free” hotel. There was mold spots in the bathroom, unflushed toilet, leftover water still in the tub. Then, I was placed right next to the gym. After 12 am, I had to call to the front desk to report the constant droppings of dumbbells. Not to mention, there isn’t a “quiet time” designed for other paying customers. Lastly, before check out, the clean up crew just came into the room BEFORE check out time. I paid entirely too much money for this stay. I will never return

What stood out the most of our stay was the friendliness of all the staff we met. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful in any way. Also, the room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. If we come back to Raleigh I will definitely stay here again.

The eggs tasted like water and the sausages were soggy. Staff was overall very kind and communicative. My main issue is within the bedroom, my cousin and I noticed multiple hand prints on the mattress headboard which had not been cleaned. A prior guest(s) had clearly engaged in sexual activities, which made my stay more uncomfortable as I had to stay within that same bed...

Ratings are based on the services offered. The ability to have a safe place to leave a vehicle while traveling, the free airport shuttle and the proximity to RDU make this location perfect for our family. Parking fee and overnight room and board are reasonable and the hotel is quiet and clean.. very polite staff too.
