Welcome to our home! Raleigh is a special place to us and we spend a lot of time here.

Our 4 bed/4 bath townhouse has almost 2,000 sqft to enjoy.

We do NOT allow gatherings or parties of any kind. No exceptions.

We ask that our guests respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

The large kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and more. It opens to a spacious living room with a Smart TV and eating area. You can also relax with a cup of coffee on our back deck.

Our condo is large with 3 floors to enjoy.

Top Floor:
-The Master Suite is Bedroom #1. It enjoys lots of space, a king-sized bed, TV and private full bathroom
-One additional full bathroom
-Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed
-Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.

Middle Floor:
- Large living room with a sleeper sofa
- Smart TV
- Desk workspace
- Dining table
- Large Kitchen (We have much of what you need for cooking. For those gourmet cooks out there please feel free to send us a message with any specific questions.)
-Deck for relaxing over a good conversation.
-Half Bathroom


Ground floor:
-Bedroom #4 has a queen sized bed and desk workspace.
-Bathroom #4 is a half Bathroom
-One car garage
-Full laundry room with washer and dryer.

We have a smart lock on the front door. The code will be sent to you after you book.
-Guests must be 25 years or older

-Two cars allowed maximum. Park in garage, driveway or designated visitor areas.

-Well trained dogs allowed.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

-Parties: We do NOT allow parties.

-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. We charge a $500 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)

-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.

-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed if available.
