The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning did not seem to be working in parts of the building. It was quite hot in the lobby, as well as the hallway on the second floor. The air conditioning in the room worked, however. The breakfast food selection was very limited. The juice dispenser did not seem to chill the orange juice. The staff we encountered was attentive and prompt to help when we asked for a remote control for the TV, as the one from one of our rooms was missing. Overall, the hotel met our needs as we were passing through Raleigh overnight.

During our first night, the toilet in our room unexpectedly overflowed, and the following morning, we were relocated to a room that was dirty and unclean. We finally received a clean room only by 7 pm. Despite our efforts to get assistance, the manager never showed up, and we did not receive the promised refund. Overall, I cannot recommend this property; it was truly disappointing.

The room wasn’t completely clean (the carpets were very dirty and there was a bad smell), there was no drinking water in the dispenser, and the gym equipment was all broken.

Get your ICE machine game in order!!

Staff was accommodating. I didn’t realize my NC license had expired, he took other forms of ID and gave me my room since it was pre-paid. I did not like that there was only one working ICE machine which was on a different floor. Also there was an awful weed smell on my floor. But it was quiet, room was clean and very comfortable. For the price, this is a great stay.
