This was the worst stay in my life

The rooms were dirty and I didnā€™t get the room I reserved. When I brought it to the attention for the attended he put me in a room with a balcony. Thatā€™s not whatā€™s I asked for. The ribs were dirty and ohh hair and a ring inside like it had been used. The bed smelled funny. I asked for a manager to call me and was directed to send an email and I have yet to get a reply back from the email.

My wife was staying at this hotel with her mother and dog due to a family health emergency, and we had some serious issues with this hotel. I was the one who booked the hotel, put my number on file, and was overall doing the communication because my wife and MIL were doing 12-hour shifts at the hospital and neither were available to communicate with the front desk during normal 9-5 hours. With the exception of one night, it was impossible to get in touch with someone at the front desk outside of daytime hours - the phone would just ring and ring. When I did speak to someone at the front desk, they were relatively polite, which I appreciated, but the difficulty communicating was stressful in the rapidly-changing situation. The biggest issue was that because we live out of town, the card we paid for the room with was flagged as potential fraud and did not go through immediately. Instead of calling the phone number on file (mine) or even calling to the room phone, a man identifying himself as the manager came and banged on the room door when my MIL was there by herself, yelling at her and accusing her of not paying when she had nothing to do with the payment at all. This is not an acceptable way to deal with anyone, let alone a woman alone in a hotel room trying to sleep after being in a hospital for 12 hours. It was dirty and rundown, but I wouldn't even care about that if not for the really unpleasant way my family was treated.

The greeter Princess is the 5 Star of this hotel. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She was a great face to come into when returning. Room didnā€™t get attended to during our stay but we are pretty neat so not too much of a problem. There was some mold around the caulking on tub and bathroom vent needs a spray painting session Picture in frame looks like plastic wasnā€™t fully taken off but these are only cosmetic. Location just was good for us but Iā€™d stay againšŸ˜Ž

My husband and two toddlers stayed here one night to get away for a weekend. Checking in went well and the front desk clerk was nice. The room seemed nice walking in UNTIL we started unpacking and using things. The frigā€™s fan was frozen solid and you saw how dirty the ice was. The bed I was in had a blood stain on itā€¦ which is really gross. Other than that, it was really quiet and the beds were decent, pillows were flimsy with no support and when we set the air to 70, it somehow would not maintain that temp, causing me to check it periodically throughout the night. For $110, I guess I got what I paid for. Wonā€™t be staying here again unless I donā€™t have a choice.
