Stayed here last year and stay was very nice decided to stay again. Stay was ok nothing great this time most of the amenities are either down or broken, room was dirty and smelled and they now have homeless crackheads living in there cars in the parking lot threatening guests. If they worked as hard as they threatened, they wouldn’t be homeless. AREA in general just run down by the rooms trash everywhere and homeless Littered on every street corner.

One advertisement said the hotel had a restaurant, which it did - but it was closed; all the advertisements showed a comfortable outdoor sitting area - it was in storage until after Memorial Day. Room was ok, but in need of updating…. All-in-all, I would say there are many other much better options at comparable rates that I would select on my next stop in Durham….
