We reserved a room for 3 adults, the pull up sofa didn't have sheets or a blanket. When I contacted the front desk they said they don't have to provide these (even if the room is reserved for 3 adults). The only genius solution they had was Wait until the morning to complain to the manager or go buy one since I have a car!!!! absolutely genius!! Had to cover with towels for the night!!!

The hotel itself was great and the staff super friendly however they advertise airport shuttle available but they do not have shuttle for eatly morni g flights. Had to pay for an uber to get to work. I based my choice on having a shuttle.

I would say from the outside and even as you walk in the lobby it looks like a normal hotel lobby. But once I entered the room it look updated; the sheets were worn, chairs stained and carpet. My other colleagues experienced the same things in their rooms. This hotel needs work and I would not stay there again.
