Don't stay here

While trying to check in front was closed at 6pm, I had to call, person answer then hung up three times, got through 3 hours later after a long day of driving, checked into unclean room, told them about both human and pets hair, was told I had to get a boom and sweep it myself, bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, stove top didn't work, dishes were dirty, hair in the the bathroom, dogs barking, children running above and yelling in the hall way, baby crying, had to rekey the card daily, bad odor, appeared unsafe, stayed 9 days, was told I have to stay 2 weeks to have room clean.

Could've been better

Want to start by saying it is in no way the lady at the front desk fault. But, the kiosk check-in system is horrible. It took me over an hour to check-in. The initial check-in took about 15 minutes but from the rip my key card didn't work. Took almost 50 minutes after that while 2 other guests arrived with their cards not working either. After all of that the Kitchenette room I booked had no kitchenware in the room (it said it was included.) If you're going to do the kiosk then there need to be more than 1 person. I drove 9 hours to wait another 1+ hour. The area was quiet and nice and the price of the room was good.

For a cheap option it is fine. There is no cleaning of the rooms while you attend and there is very little in the way of dishes and utensils
