4400 sq. feet of northern New Mexico history and charm on 3 private acres. Our second family home is a secluded and modernized adobe villa with three gorgeous kiva fireplaces, vigas ceilings, beautiful tile work, chef's kitchen, and modern baths. Situated above the Taos Valley in the trees, Casa de la Mañana overlooks Taos, the Rio Grande Gorge, and the Sangre de Cristos mountains. Despite the seclusion, we are 10 minutes from Taos' services, restaurants, and historic square. 45 minutes from 3 different ski areas, 10 minutes from the Taos Country Club golf course, and minutes away from state and federal land for hiking, biking, river rafting, fly fishing, and outdoor pursuits.

Rules

4x4 or AWD vehicles are required in the winter. Highly recommended year-round. You assume personal responsibility for recovering your vehicle.
All trash must be bagged and tied off and placed in the container in the garage or dumpster out back. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No parties. No smoking/vaping. No illegal activity. Lock all doors when exiting.
