The room didn't look anything like the pictures. They clerk blamed it on the website. That felt like a cop out. There aren't any little airstream trailers anymore and it's a completely different company. Very disappointed. Not charming at all. Just a rehabbed roadside motel. The TV only had free streaming channels. Not local or ESPN. Felt lazy to me. All in all, a mediocre experience. That said the room was clean and bright, but not what I paid for or expected.

I still had to pay for a stay that I didn’t even get to attend I payed for the safety packet which says I would receive a full refund then I waited days for them to try and contact the hotel just for them to say they couldn’t issue me a refund then never canceled the trip on their end so all the notifications for the stay kept popping up terrible experience and a waste of my money.

The room was very clean when we arrived and lights were on as if expecting our stay. Temperature was good in the room and it was exactly as it was stated online. Our hostess was wonderful and kind and saw to it that we were happy.

Absolutely Disgusting – Misrepresented and Unsafe We rented the two-bedroom Kachina Suite at Taos Motor Lodge and were horrified upon arrival. The online photos showed a bright, airy, newly renovated space with wood beams and clean, modern finishes. What we got was a dark, dank “suite” with no beams, a stale smoky odor, and a filthy outside back door area piled with trash and blankets that looked like a homeless camp. The mattress sank nearly a foot when we sat on it. The room felt unsafe and completely misrepresented. When I asked the front desk why our room didn’t match the photos, the clerk admitted the pictures were from the upstairs suite—already occupied. She refunded the room, but as of Tuesday (three days later), no refund has appeared, so I’m disputing the charge. There was even a sign saying they “don’t rent to locals,” which I later learned is because locals throw parties there. A nearby hotel told me this place was used for long-term stays in the past, which explains the condition. Absolutely avoid this place, it’s misleading, dirty, and should not be advertised the way it is.

Our room has a back exterior door that is not safe. The toilet will not flush right. The shower handle is broken. There is no Kleenex. I can’t get the TV channels that I want…not even ESPN.

Room was very well cleaned, beds were not comfy, but the host was very friendly. Mateo was very resourceful and friendly. Will definitely recommend the place. Convenient location too.
