This place is a hidden gem. The property looks a little rough on the outside, because it used to be barracks on an airforce base. Don't let it discourage you. The inside is well done and spacious. The room was clean and has some nice details (mini kitchen, big desk for working, comfy beds, etc). The free continental breakfast has a wide selection of items. For the price it was a really great value and is comparable to hotels $50+ more in price. It is definitely worth the extra 5-10 minute drive off the main highways if you are anywhere in the area. Give it a try.

Check in was easy and they were friendly, the room was ok a little outdated, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathtub , I had to get bleach to clean and kill the smell ,there was blood on the shower current on the bottom corner. Needless to say i did not use the shower after all that, im headed straight home to shower, the breakfast was ok the eggs, and sausage were luke warm, the bed was a little hard , did not a sleep well . It was really quite, it was almost like a ghost town vibe. . I would not stay there again in the future.

We had a restful stay at a great price. The room was a good size. 2 nice queen beds, very comfortable. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, cabinets, coffee maker, large closet, good shower/bathtub, and workspace for computer. The hotel is a refurbished dorm like quarters, (guessing used when there was a working air force base.) No pool but a good exercise room. Breakfast had many options and a coffee bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend vs staying at a chain for a good quiet nights sleep.

If you are in town for baseball at the Rantoul Sports complex, its is about 2 miles away, and way cheaper than other places to stay. And the rooms were actually very clean and beds were comfy!!!

Amazing affordable place

Five star hotel for an affordable price. The outside doesn't do it justice but inside I had a 65" TV, Walk in closet, sink with 6 cabinets, microwave and fridge/ freezer. Also shower has shampoo and whatnot like a 5 star hotel. Just a little outdated with the blue carpet. Oh and the windows are huge & have blackout curtains. Extremely quiet too! I will definitely be back soon

Driving up to it it’s not impressive just a brick building. Inside friendly check in. Hotel is clean spacious. The breakfast was good, waffles eggs bacon toast and French toast. The coffee was really good too.

The property is in a quiet area. There was a super Walmart within a couple miles. I was surprised by the wide variety of restaurants. Everthing was close and convenient to us.

We stayed here for our daughter’s UIUC graduation. The staff are friendly and they had good breakfast. The facility is a bit dated and it’s understandable because it’s a former military base living quarters converted to a hotel. It was a short drive to the campus.

Looks like the hotel is under new management. They were friendly and you can tell they are doing some updating inside the property. Room was comfortable and the price was good too.
