🏡 The apartment features a comfortable living room with a small balcony, a separate kitchen with balcony, two double bedrooms (one with balcony), a twin bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub 🚿🛁. The entire apartment is air-conditioned for maximum comfort ❄️.
Although it does not have private parking, it’s not a problem at all ✨: the home is in a strategic location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars 🍕.
Convenient paid parking is available just nearby. Thanks to its central location, you can enjoy Rapallo and its beautiful surroundings without needing a car! 🌊🌞

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND FLEXIBLE SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom and no constraints.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance – service subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, for up to 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
