I loved this hotel, it was very high end. Extremely attentive staff, my daughter loved the water slides, the kids club staff were super friendly and it was very very clean. We only stayed for 3 nights and didnt leave the resort so cant speak about the location.

This is a great hotel for families due to the facilities. The staff were simply incredible. It was our first holiday with our baby (one year old) and they all went out of their way to make her and us feel welcome. Special thanks to: Bel, Chablita, Trang and Chef in dining - they all deserve promotions! Aramay in reception was really helpful and welcoming too. As much is you write about this hotel and the entire single manager and employee is never enough!!! Name it: valet, room services, check in, pools, spa area, gym, sauna, steam room, the beach, cigar room, breakfast, dinner, the whole entire property is more than fantastic, any chnace i get the time i will definitely come back to it, this place is really amazing, i have been to so many countries and so many hotels, i would this the best or at least one of the best hotels i ever stayed in!!!
