Exclusive apartment 4 for 2-4 persons near Timmendorfer Strand:
The parking lot of the apartment is located directly in front of the 32 m² southwest terrace which is equipped with wooden furniture and cushions. The approximately 46 m² apartment extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor of the apartment is the open living room with kitchen, dining table and comfortable sofa overlooking the flat screen TV. The sofa can be removed in a few steps to a comfortable double bed. A music system with CD player and USB port provide entertainment and comfortable relaxation. The high gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It includes fridge incl. Freezer, sink, dishwasher, display cabinet with crockery and glasses, a cooker with ceramic hob and Tastbedienung, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers. The kitchen equipment is complete with pots and pans and all necessary utensils for cooking such as: potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, blender, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knives, etc. A coffee machine from Saeco and a milk frother conjure a perfect latte macchiato. In addition, there is a kettle and toaster. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. There are also espresso cups, coffee cups, cereal bowls and antique serving bowls and plates. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. Above the wooden table with 4 antique chairs sits a beautiful chandelier with 12 lights, which can be dimmed steplessly. The apartment is spread over two floors. In the 1. Floor leads a wooden staircase into a small hallway. From here it goes into the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom with white high gloss tiles is equipped with a bathtub and rain shower, a vanity with two drawers, a large mirror with two additional lights and a towel radiator. There is a hair dryer with diffuser ready and per person a bath and a towel. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wonderfully thick mattress. Each side of the bed has a bedside table with a lamp and in front of it a fluffy carpet. An antique wardrobe with interior lighting and two chests of drawers provide plenty of storage space. Washer and dryer can be shared for free. Fire pit in the garden can be used. Pedalo and Canadians at Hemmelsdorfersee can be used subject to availability. Self-employed check-in with key box. Our farm is supplied with green electricity from Scandinavian hydropower.
Our Ferienhof am Hemmelsdorfer See is a nearly 200 year old half-timbered farmhouse in Offendorf, a small village on the lake Hemmelsdorfer not far from Timmendorfer beach. The loving and detailed renovation was completed in the summer of 2016 and there are 6 exclusive apartments with their own accesses and terraces. The half-timbered facade, the stylish wooden windows and doors and the luxurious modern fully equipped with antique elements create an exceptional feel-good ambience.
