L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro, con tanti parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze. In 3-4 persone risulta un pò piccolo e poco funzionale. Al piano terra c'è un comodo divano letto con un angolo cottura, un tavolo per la colazione e un piccolo bagno. La camera da letto e la doccia si trovano al piano superiore.L'abitazione è pulita. Le istruzioni per la casa sono molto chiare e scritte in ita e eng. Il proprietario Mirko è molto disponibile.
