We arrived late in the evening. I walked up to the front counter and originally were unable to find my reservation because they advertise as 2 different entities. The found my reservation and there key maker was broken so he had to meet me at my room to let us in. Once in the room my wife needed to use the restroom and found feces and the toilet wouldn’t flush completely. She finally got everything to flush. I then used the restroom with the same results except I noticed that when I flushed the toilet contents came back up in the bathtub. We then turned back the sheets and found a large black beetle in are bed. If it wasn’t midnight I would have packed up and left. The whole thing was bad.
