Although the room was in good condition, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, it was incredibly noisy. There were doors slamming annd squeeking all night. There was what sounded like a child running back-and-forth above our room most of the night. The fire alarm went off at 4:20 in the morning down the hall - for awhile! and then housekeeping decided to walk into our room at 8:00.. in the morning!!! startling and waking us both up. When does house keeping come in at 8 am when you haven’t even checked out yet?!? Then we waiting 35 minutes for someone to come check us out!!!!

Cockroaches in the rooms, hotel entrance doors had to be pried open, garbages around the hotel are never emptied so trash just piles up, mold in the bathroom. This place should be condemned.

There were bugs in the washroom all weekend, the floors were dirty, bed sheets dirty, the wall was dripping and dirty. All the dressers and tables were sticky and dirty. The free washer at the front had black stuff in it and was told it’s clean, happened to another person aswell. Door didn’t lock and wouldn’t close properly to the room and washrooms. All in all the room was not up to a standard, someone should walk in and feel refreshed not a bit grossed out but the room.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. This hotel is disgusting. Covered with trash, broken down cars and homeless people. Outlets and TV in room did not work at all. Asked to be fixed at 8 am and still want at noon. Booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1. They lie and did not refund my 2nd night. Will never book here again.

There were cockroaches and the staff was unhelpful and kept telling me different things and refused to let me talk to a manager after calling multiple times.

We left within a few hours of checking in. The sheets had hairs on them and we found 3 roaches in the bathroom. We asked for a full refund but we haven’t heard back.

This is a tired property that needs a lot of improvements. I have stayed in quite a few Comfort Inns, and this property is by far the worst. The hotel room was lacking some basic items / furnishings, which one would expect to find in even the most budget friendly hotels and certainly at Comfort Inn. Here are some things missing from room 119 after i entered the room after a rather long check-in encounter at the front desk: * No cushion on the sofa bed * No refrigerator in room despite advertising refrigerator and microwave in every room. * There was a coffeemaker in the room with coffee and supplies, but no carafe to brew the coffee into. * The floor lamp in the room had no lampshade on it. Just an exposed lightbulb. * There was no Clock/ Radio/ Alarm in the room. * There was no luggage rack in the room. *There was no ice bucket in the room. The only chair in the room (other than the sofa bed with no cushion), was an office type chair on wheels. I will say the woman at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The bathroom in the hotel room was clean. This was surprising to me given the condition of the rest of the room. I didnt stay for the complimentary breakfast before i checked out because, in total honesty, I wasn't fully trusting their food preparation given the way they present their hotel rooms. I hope Expedia will pass along these comments to the Comfort Inn brand so they could potentially make some positive changes at this propery.

The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating when we got into town early. The hotel itself appears to be under renovation but the common areas were kept in good shape and looked nice. We didn't think the room was as clean as it should be. The floor was sticky when we got in and the bathroom is definitely in need of an upgrade as it looked like an old bathroom with stains everywhere.The grounds need a lot of work there were beer bottles all over the place in the grass, in shrubs, sitting on curbs around the building.....the entire week we were there. Not once during the week was it cleaned up. They have a smoking area right at the entrance door. Per the PA Tobacco Reduction Act, smoking areas need to be at least 15 feet away from the entrance. The parking lots have weeds growing up through them....not just a couple here or there - all over and big bunches of them. The hotel walls are extremely thin and we had to listen to our neighbors having conversations and being loud all night. Fortunately we only slept there as we were in town to see family. The bed was comfortable though. Seeing a mouse glue trap in the cabinet by the fridge was concerning as was seeing a cockroach running across the floor. Fortunately the cost was not high per night and I just had to remind myself that it isnt the Ritz. Next time I will stay somewhere else a little less convenient but cleaner. Hopefully with remodeling it elevates this place because they have a great location.

This is a tired property that needs a lot of improvements. I have stayed in quite a few Comfort Inns, and this property is by far the worst. The hotel room was lacking some basic items / furnishings, which one would expect to find in even the most budget friendly hotels and certainly at Comfort Inn. Here are some things missing from room 119 after i entered the room after a rather long check-in encounter at the front desk: * No cushion on the sofa bed * No refrigerator in room despite advertising refrigerator and microwave in every room. * There was a coffeemaker in the room with coffee and supplies, but no carafe to brew the coffee into. * The floor lamp in the room had no lampshade on it. Just an exposed lightbulb. * There was no Clock/ Radio/ Alarm in the room. * There was no luggage rack in the room. *There was no ice bucket in the room. The only chair in the room (other than the sofa bed with no cushion), was an office type chair on wheels. I will say the woman at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The bathroom in the hotel room was clean. This was surprising to me given the condition of the rest of the room. I didnt stay for the complimentary breakfast before i checked out because, in total honesty, I wasn't fully trusting their food preparation given the way they present their hotel rooms. I hope Expedia will pass along these comments to the Comfort Inn brand so they could potentially make some positive changes at this propery.
