DO NOT BOOK

The worst experience I’ve ever had, waited Outsdie the apartment for 6 hours unable to get in. It was reading festival weekend so all other hotels were booked and had no correspondence from the people who own it. Massive scam. Hotels.com was just had unhelpful. Disappointed to say the least
