Beautiful Villa with heated swimming pool for exclusive use

The Casa del Faro is a newly built villa consisting of two buildings. The main building consists of two double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed. The bathroom consists of: shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The two bedrooms overlook an open space with large glass doors consisting of a veranda with table and chairs, a sofa, a small bookcase and a kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, kettle, fridge and coffee maker. The second building - The kitchen in the Belvedere area - is equipped with all the necessary accessories to prepare excellent dishes to be enjoyed with a splendid panorama. In front of the kitchen there is a pergola with table and chairs and lounge furniture. The swimming pool measures 4 x 10 m with Roman steps and is used exclusively by the guests of Casa del Faro. The parking lot is inside the fully fenced property. The house has air-conditioned bedrooms with TV in the room and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for a family who wants to spend quiet days in complete privacy. The heated salt water swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests. Open from April to October. Sheets, towels, bathrobes, umbrellas, chairs and beach towels and WiFi are included.
The entire property isfenced, parking is internal and free.
The sea view offers a spectacle of rare beauty, with the Capo Rossello mountain on the left with the Capo Rossello lighthouse overlooking the Lido Rossello beach. In the middle you look at the endless expanse of the Mediterranean Sea and on the right at the magnificent beach of the Pergolas with its geological and naturalistic beauties.

The beach of "le Pergole" is only 2 minutes away by car, but you can also walk to the beach within 15 minutes,
In the immediate vicinity you can reach the Scala dei Turchi, the nature reserve Torre salsa with its endless sandy beaches and Punta Bianca with the famous white rocks and secluded bathing beaches in a few minutes by car.

Peaceful with a stunning view

Fabulous property, perfect for our family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is large and warm, and the view breathtaking. It is quite remote but fine with a car and the perfect base from which to explore the area - lovely beaches, scenery, and historical sites nearby. The property owners are extremely friendly and provided exceptional hospitality; bringing us delicious pastries, arancini and pizza. The property is extremely well stocked with everything you could wish for, including tea, coffee, condiments and other essentials. We had a lovely stay and would very much recommend this house for relaxation, peace and tranquility.

Home from home

We had the most relaxing time at this beautiful home. Cooking and eating dinner with that view was so peaceful and soul refreshing. The home had everything you could need with regular visits from Enza ans Michelangelo to ensure the pool and garden are well maintained and to surprise you with local treats and home made sauces.the hiuse is perfectly located for exploring the area.

Quiet and out of the way

Well equipped house with great facilities incl. pool of a decent size Owners are very attentive (and quite adept at using Google translate to english!) Location is quite remote from most points of interest in Sicily, but if you are looking to chill, get a fabulous tan and enjoy the peace and quiet, then this would fit your bill.

A spectacular oasis just outside of Agrigento

This place is absolutely incredible, if I could give it 10 stars I would! Throughout our extensive travels in Italy we have never met a more welcoming host family than Enza and her family. They welcomed us when we arrived, gave us a tour of their beautiful property, and offered us fresh figs from their garden! They also visited a few times after that to bring us local arancini and cannolis, which were absolutely incredible. The property itself has an absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains and sea below and also has a beautiful garden and pool. Each piece of the property is designed with so much thought and care, we really felt at home. Enza also went above and beyond with her local guide and recommendations for us, there are numerous beaches within walking distance or a short drive. One thing to note, because of the incredible coastal location, the streets near to the property are narrow and winding, so be prepared for the drive. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful place someday and recommend it to all!

A great retreat

Pergole was a wonderful place. Very quiet. Extremely clean and neat and had everything you need. The view was fantastic. The pool crystal clear. The host and his wife were great. From communications before arrival and while we were they. He texted often during our stay to make sure we doing ok or if we needed anything. It's definitely a place to go back to.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Blick auf das Meer.Großes, abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Autostellplatz.Grosse Terrasse mit schönem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, ....Bad klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.. Vermieter sehr freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit.Bei Ankunft wurden wir spät am Abend mit Pizza versorgt, da wir keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit mehr hatten.Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Sehr schöne Umgebung, mega Pool.

Das Haus, oder besser gesagt die Häuser sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal! Man hat immer irgendwo Schatten! Der Pool ist einfach perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind die Herzlichkeit in Person! Wir wurden mit sizilianischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Man sollte wohl bedenken, dass das Haus oben liegt und man eine sehr steile Strasse hochfahren muss, aber schafft Frau auch ;-). Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Semplicemente favoloso

Our very warm recommendation

We are a family of 4. We had the pleassure of having our vaciton at Enza and Michelangelo's villa. When ariving at the villa we was welcomed by Micheangelo and his Daugther Serena. It was a warm and very nice welcome. Evenmore they had arranged a meal for us. We arived late, therefor we was very happy for this. During our stay, our interaction with the landlord was pleassant, warm and very open. We are not speaking italien, so we used google, it was newer a problem. The house is very clean, and well equipt. We where not missing anything. There was no problems during the vacation. The description and the pictures of the house is actually very conservative. The view is way better, the pool is bigger than we thougth it would be, the same for the house. The local beaches are perfect, ecpecially "paradise beach". Sand and clear blue water. Thank you Enza & Michelangelo, it was a perfect vacation. PS. a very special thanks for all the local cookies our gave us, they very delicius. Felix, Viktor, Stinne & Nicolai

Happy days at best place

Wir hatten eine rundum wunderbare Woche in dieser exklusiven Villa zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Enza und Michelangelo sind unübertroffen in Gastfreundschaft, toller Kommunikation und Fürsorge, sie sind herzliche und sympathische Menschen, auch sehr diskret, wir hatten das Gefühl zu Gast bei Freunden zu sein. Die Anlage bietet absolute Privatsphäre und einen tollen gepflegten Pool, den wir sehr geliebt haben. Alles im Haus ist durchdacht , sauber und bequem, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir auch zuhause gern nutzen. Das Grillen hat Spaß gebracht, wir konnten die Biokräuter aus dem Garten direkt pflücken, an der grandiosen Aussicht vorne konnten wir uns nicht satt sehen. Die Ruhe in der Natur hat uns sehr erholt. In der Umgebung ist das das Schönste Domizil, mit dem Auto (parken auf dem Hof super) erreicht man in ein paar Minuten mehrere schöne Strände und auch für Ausflüge z.B zum Tal der Tempel ist es eine optimale Location. Viele Tipps bekamen wir natürlich von unseren Superhosts. Danke auch an die herzliche und umsichtige Tochter Serena. Wir hatten einen rundum unbeschwerten Urlaub dort und wollen unbedingt wiederkommen! Ganz großen Dank an Euch für unsere schönen Flitterwochen!

Wohlfühl Oase auf Sicilien

Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die Aussicht, der Pool, das Ambiente und vor allem die tolle Aussenküche waren perfekt. Wir saßen die Abende lange zusammen, haben Sternschnuppen gesehen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Abgerundet hat uns die Betreuung von Enza und Michelangelo. Die beiden sorgten in jeder Lebenslage für uns. Sei es mit frischen Obst, Tipps oder einfach nur netten Gespräche. Die beiden haben wir total ins Herz geschlossen. Sie sind die perfekten Gastgeber und strahlen Familie für uns aus. Danke!!!

Enza´s & Michelangelo´s Paradies

Sehr liebevoll gepflegte Anlage in absoluter Ruhelage - nur das Rauschen der Palmen und das Gezwitscher der Vögel! Am Wochenende ist der Strand zwar etwas lebhafter. In der Bucht finden sich aber auch private Plätzchen, sodass man dort den Sonnenuntergang fast ungestört genießen kann. Oder man nutzt am Wochenende den gepflegten Pool, um ungestört zu bleiben. Top-Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Dazu noch die Versorgung mit Bio-Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten und lokalen Süßspeisen! Dabei wurde aber die Privatsphäre trotzdem immer respektiert! Supermarkt und Tavernen in guter Entfernung, sodass man auch spontan am Abend noch auf ein Eis fahren kann. Wir bevorzugten dabei immer das authentische Porto Empedocle (mit echter kleiner Fußgängerzone) - etwas abseits vom Rummel in Agrigento oder den Türkischen Stiegen. Ein idealer Ort zum Entschleunigen und Entspannen!

Oase van rust

Wat een heerlijk huis om te verblijven! Je merkt aan alles dat dit huisje met veel liefde en aandacht wordt verzorgd. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Michelangelo en Enza. Voor het ontbijt was al gezorgd en kregen we een fles eigengemaakte olijfolie om te gebruiken. De aangelegde tuin met het zwembad is prachtig; met wuivende palmen, fruitbomen en geurende rozen. Uit de kruidentuin konden we onder andere basilicum, salie, peterselie en bieslook gebruiken. Heerlijk! Iedere ochtend ontbeten we met uitzicht op de baai en de zee. Bovenop de berg ervaar je echt een oase van rust. Ons weekje was veel te snel voorbij, we hebben genoten! Dank je wel Michelangelo en Enza voor jullie goede zorgen en de arancini voor onderweg. We hadden een fantastische week en komen graag een keertje terug!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche

Wir hatten eine super tolle Woche bei Enza und Michelangelo. Das Haus ist super und hat alles, was eine Familie für eine super Woche in Sizilien benötigt. Der Pool ist super und die Aussicht aus der Küche und beim Essen absolut unbezahlbar. Enza und Michelangelo sind super Gastgeber. Sie haben uns bei allem geholfen ( wir hatten einen platten Reifen) und uns mit Sizilianischem Essen versorgt. Danke dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhaft

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub bei Enza und Michelangelo. Das Haus liegt ganz weit oben, mit einer tollen Aussicht aufs Meer. Auch ohne italienisch Kenntnisse haben wir uns mit den beiden verständigt. Sie waren stets mit guten Empfehlungen für Restaurants zur Stelle. Auch ein Willkommens Guide wurde von den beiden zusammen gestellt, was sehr hilfreich war. Darin fand man Supermärkte, Strände und Restaurants. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, worum sich Enza und Michelangelo selbst einmal pro Woche kümmern (Pool und Garten). Vieles war im Haus schon vorhanden. Das kannten wir so nicht aus andern Ferienhäusern (Strandtücher, Waschmittel, sogar ein Sonnenhut). Zwischendurch wurden wir immer wieder von den beiden überrascht mit sizilianischen Leckereien. Die vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten machten es möglich immer den perfekten Platz auf der tollen Außenanlage zu finden. Die zwei Küchen enthalten keine Spülmaschine. Allerdings ist alles andere vorhanden (Induktionskochfelder, Backofen, Toaster...). Es war sehr sauber und in der Küche hat man alles gefunden, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super und hat einen tollen Platz.Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Corinna & Daniel

Beautiful stay in sunny Sicily

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Vincenzo’s Home in Pergole. The host were incredibly kind to us all throughout our stay. From surprising us with a delicious Pizza and refreshments after a long journey to proving us with recommendations for most wonderful Beaches and the lovely farmers market in Realmonte. The house overlooks the beautiful ocean and is extremely well cared for by the lovely and attentive hosts. You will have everything you need in this lovely and cozy home and the refreshing pool. We had a wonderful time staying and would recommend it one hundred percent.

Heerlijk verblijf!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Pergole. Het huis was proper, goed onderhouden en rustig gelegen. Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad en de prachtige uitzichten waren onvergetelijk. De echte troef van dit vakantiehuis zijn echter de eigenaars die altijd voor je klaar staan. Zo voorzagen ze alle benodigdheden voor onze eenjarige baby (zwembandje inclusief!), ontvingen we heerlijke lokale lekkernijen en was alles in huis voor een ontbijt voor de dag na aankomst. Voor ons waren er absoluut geen minpunten. We hopen snel weer te keren om opnieuw volledig tot rust te kunnen komen op deze prachtige locatie!

Einfach die Seele baumeln lassen...

Ankunft: Wir kamen von Genau nach Palermo mit der Fähre, mit etwa 2 Stunden Verspätung an. Haben dann noch die knapp 2 stündige Fahrt quer über die Insel nach le Pergole in Angriff genommen und sind ein wenig müde aber glücklich im Ferienhaus angekommen, wo die Gastgeber Enza und Michelangelo schon mit Pizza und Bier auf uns warteten, was für ein gelunges Ankommen:) Wir konnten in Ruhe unsere Bäuche füllen und unser Durst löschen. Enza und Michelangelo zeigten uns darauf das Haus, wie was wo alles ist und funktioniert. Tiptop👍 Damit man am nächsten Tag nicht hungrig in den Tag starten muss, haben die Gastgeber alles für ein reichhaltiges Frühstück eingekauft, von Fleisch bis Käse, Yoghurt bis Kaffee, alles dabei! Ein Nebenhaus, im Stile eines Wintergartens mit einer weiteren modernen Küche,Figor Kaffemaschine... Die gesamten Räumlichkeiten sind mit sehr viel Liebe und Detail eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit lässt überall keine Wünsche offen, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Top! Aussenbereich: eine wahre Oase...grüne Wiese, wünderschöner Garten mit Blumen und verschiedenen Palmen, eine Hängmatte um einfach la dolce far niente zu geniessen und ein riesiger Pool um sich perfekt abzukühlen, Terrasse mit Aussicht aufs Meer und Leutturm, wunderschön!
