Hotel completamente abandonado. Chegando no quarto liguei a tv e não estava conseguindo conectar nos canais de tv aberta. Ligue pro Denis na recepção que me falou que estava sozinho e ia pedir pro MANOBRISTA ir lá me ajudar. Realmente ele foi e me ajudou. O chão do quarto estava MUITO sujo, totalmente impregnado, escorregadio. Fui obrigada a jogar água e limpar com o tapete do banheiro (foto em anexo mostra como está encardido). A pia do banheiro está entupida. Até o cheiro da água do banheiro é ruim. Parece água de fossa. A cortina do quarto está despencando../ Lençol muito velho. Horrível. Café da manhã horrível. Tudo muito desleixado. O gerente vai responder dizendo que já resolveram ou irão resolver mas isso não é verdade. Eu tinha lido algumas avaliações e resolvi dar uma chance mas me arrependi muito porque o hotel está num estado deplorável. Não acreditem que algo lá melhorou ou irá melhorar. A diária desse hotel não deveria custar né R$ 100,00…

O hotel é antigo e precisa de algumas atualizações. Mas a cama é boa, o chuveiro, o ar condicionado. Tem todas as amenidades e o espaço é bom. Porém, a academia praticamente não funciona (apenas uma esteira funcionando) e o café da manhã foi bem fraco!

Móveis muito velhos, tanto no quarto , como no café da manhã, com cadeiras rasgadas… no quarto móveis também muito velhos, precisando de uma repaginada urgente. O hotel fica em uma esquina muito barulhenta. Pouca coisa disponível no café, não tem estacionamento. Único ponto positivo são os funcionários e a localidade, de resto não voltaria nunca.

Colchão muito velho e deformado; academia impossível de se fazer qualquer coisa - aparelhos sem manutenção mínima (lubrificação, ajuste de polias), anuncia ducha higiênica no quarto porém a mesma foi removida e só tem o ponto de água; colchão depois do segundo dia começou a exalar um cheiro horrível; cofre sem o mecanismo de tranca, só tinha a caixa de aço sem possibilidade de fechar. Bem localizado; funcionários sempre titubeantes para informações sobre funcionamento dos espaços; não é uma hospedagem péssima mas falta manutenção e modernização. Para curta estadia atende.
