Irei começar a avaliação questionando o atendimento da recepção. Assim que cheguei na hospedagem para fazer o check in a atendente questionou o valor que eu havia pago (achando barato)- ainda fez questão de chamar outro funcionário para mostrar. Mesmo mostrando o comprovante de pagamento e dizendo que havia comprado pelo aplicativo ainda foi chamar o gerente para confirmar. Posteriormente fomos colocado em um quarto que a fechadura não funcionava (todas as vezes para entrar tínhamos que chamar um funcionário para abrir o quarto, mesmo estando magnetizado anteriormente, sendo péssimo pq tínhamos que esperar a boa vontade). Em relação ao café da manhã considero razoável. Outro ponto a destacar foi que fomos solicitar outro lençol e fomos informados que não tinha mais. Enfim, sobre a estadia resumo em decepção!!! Já tínhamos ficado em outra unidade da rede Andrada e não havíamos passado por isso. Resumindo decepcionante estadia.

Decepcionante. Não tem outra palavra que descreva a sensação da minha estadia neste hotel. A começar pelo maleiro que, apesar de ter uma chave, é completamente inseguro tendo em vista que com a recepção cheia fica suscetível a qualquer pessoa entrar e mexer. Os quartos são deprimentes! Não tem tomadas, camas afundadas e não tem sequer um tapete no banheiro. Nele é impossível tomar um banho quente, a não ser que queira uma queimadura de segundo grau. É tudo muito primitivo, abandonado, escasso. Os lençóis mal dão pra forrar a cama que dirá se cobrir. E o café da manhã é simples, claramente mal organizado e comidas velhas e queimadas. E antes de ir embora presenciei um pedaço do teto caindo. A única coisa boa é a localização, de resto o hotel está entregue às baratas literalmente.

Depois de uma noite hospedado neste local, saí de la com várias erupções cutâneas, que a principio achei q era alguma intoxicação, mas ao visitar um medico descobri que era insetos de colchão. O atendimento é ótimo, a estrutura do local ok, localização excelente, mas precisam melhorar a higiene dos quartos.

Equipe de funcionários excelente. Falando sobre a estrutura do hotel, o quarto em que fiquei estava em péssimas condições, o ar condicionado muito antigo estava sujo e excessivamente barulhento; a cortina não tinha todo o comprimento da janela; no banheiro, não havia porta sabonete, a ducha higiênica estava quebrada; o colchão era muito mole o que me provocou dores na coluna. Além disso, minha estadia foi agendada para o dia anterior pois eu chegaria bem cedo antes do checking, porém, não fizeram nenhuma observação na reserva e quando chegue não tinha nenhum quarto disponível, tive que esperar e acabei perdendo uma diária.
