I would never recommend this hotel, especially for families.
The rooms I was given were dirty, stained carpets, poorly maintained bathrooms, and not at all as advertised online. One room even opened onto the pool area where intoxicated guests were behaving inappropriately and falling into the pool. It did not feel safe nor sanitary.
At one point, I returned to my vehicle in the hotel parking lot to find a disturbing handwritten note left on my car. This left me and my children feeling extremely unsafe. While the front desk employee was kind and went above and beyond to make me feel safe (he deserves recognition), the property itself was unacceptable.
I left the hotel within just a few hours of arriving, booked alternative accommodations at my own expense, and requested a refund. Shockingly, the manager refused to refund me, despite the unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
I was told the Manager of the hotel would contact me back within 24 hours, 6 days later I still have not heard back from him, but he did let Expedia know that he was not "approving my refund". Expedia only offered me $66 in "points" for a stay that cost me over $400. The hotel told Expedia that they offered me a room in their "newly renovated area", which was untrue, the carpet in the second room was just as filthy as the first room! Disappointed by both!!
If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay, and management that stands behind their guests’ safety, I strongly urge you to book elsewhere.
