The cabin is located in a great area of town. The back porch is large and includes plenty of seating. There is an abundance of wildlife as well. The inside of the cabin was clean upon arrival. Everything we needed was inside from comfy beds to plenty of pillows and blankets. We were very satisfied and definitely would stay here again.

The home was nice. Just a little tired otherwise not bad as we were out mostly. It was a nice home base for a group, river (more like a wide creek) was right behind the house great for the kids, bathroom lights did not work maintenance man showed up 2nd day after reported but did not fix we had to move a lamp in to see. We had small flying bugs in our bed room we could not get rid of. Kitchen was well furnished with everything needed. I would stay again but would bring bug spray and light bulbs, they probably won't post this but this is an honest review. Red River is a quaint little town again It's very dated and everything seems to be for sale???

Probably the only thing was bad pots and pans, very worn and our food stuck to them. Breakfast & supper ruined due to these pots and pans.
