Villa Reggello is an elegant reconstruction of the 16th century villa belonging to the Falicaia family.

From 2001 to 2016 a long and accurate restoration took place to return the villa and the barn house in front of the villa to their original condition.

In the heart of the Tuscan countryside it is an ideal setting off point for visiting the main tourist attractions in this wonderful area: Florence, Arezzo, Chianti, Montepulciano, Siena and San Gimignano.

The villa welcomes you into a space and time so different to your daily life.
It is an antique villa surrounded by vineyards... endless beauty and modern comfort.

You can travel in a completely different time zone: in the Tuscan countryside, in a small village enclosed within an antique stone wall which includes the villa, a small church, two rural houses and a park with a swimming pool for moments of relax.

Situated in the Reggello town area, at 2 km from the center outlet The Mall and 30 minutes to the center of Florence by car, the villa offers splendid views of the mountains and surrounding district, as well as gratis WiFi and a private parking area.

The villa provides its guests with a salt-water pool overlooking the valley, a large solarium area near a smaller relax area with sauna and gymnastics area with a tapis roulant, exercise bike, with separate bathroom and shower.

You can lunch or dine outside on a splendid terrace which is the ideal frame for enjoying good food, the company of one s family or group of friends in the pleasant Tuscan climate.

The villa is surrounded by a well-cared for lawn, suitable for outside living and bar-b-quing.

In a lovely sunny and panoramic position, on a slightly lower level to the house, is a rectangular swimming pool (7/14) metres, depth 1.40 and with the possibility of heating.

It has sunbeds, outside shower, and a few shady areas from which it is possible to admire the magnificent views and sunsets.

The parking area is inside the grounds.

The holiday villa has been renovated with particular attention to details, with furnishings in classical style and delicate colors which give a particularly relaxing atmosphere.

The love for details give the house a particular charm for refined guests with an eye for details.

The villa opens onto a large and elegant dining room which can hold 18 guests and has a beautiful view over the valley.

Beside the dining room is a large, well equipped kitchen, ideal also for cooking lessons.

The bedrooms are elegant and comfortable, all with views on the Tuscan countryside.
The bedrooms are all on the first floor and are equipped with internet, safe, minibar, sattelite –tv and air conditioning.

In front of the villa is the restored barn, a small building with 3 bedrooms.
It is fresh and modern, thanks to the light pastel colors but the warmth of its origins is found in the white oak parquet and the white beams.

Ground Floor

Dining room, kitchen, 2 lounge-rooms, one with fireplace and a larger relax lounge. Bathroom, wc, handbasin and bidet.

First floor
5 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms can be separated into two single bed bedrooms and one with 3 beds.

Annex - Barn
Ground floor with 2 double bedrooms, each with shower.
In one, the beds can be separated.

First floor with a triple bedroom, bathroom and shower.

Electricity is included within 250 kw. After that it must be paid at consumption at € 0,45 per kw.

The following might be to be paid extra: Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Pool heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
