Shower was broken. We only had 2 towels for 3 people and front desk refused to give us one more because there was no housekeeping. The beds were so horrible that we all woke up sore and miserable. The room was empty except one small table for one so we had to put everything on the floor.

Staff were friendly, excellent service. We found the hotel to be overpowered with the smell of cleaning products. Recommend using less so smell isn't so strong. Breakfast options could be improved.

The room had no carpet and the floor had peeling tiles. The washroom was old and in bad shape. The beds were hard and blankets bery thin. The heater/air conditioner was so noisy! The window was secured by a wood stick and outside the window was old fencing! Could not stay the night! Awful

Awesome stay, worth the money. Close to many resto

For the price that we paid, the room was very comfortable and huge. We stayed in a King Room, it was nice and clean. I like how the floors are laminated instead of carpet. The hallway floors and lights needs some update though as it was still carpeted and a bit dark. Receptionist with all shifts I've seen were all smiling and welcoming. The location is also amazing with just blocks away from restaurants and grocery store.
