All aspects of building and room in desperate need of an update. Loud (can hear everything happening in halls and adjacent rooms). Since I did advance check in, staff did not provide any information about the property (ie restaurant services, pool hours, wifi info, etc). No feeling of warmth or welcome at all.

Shower has no pressure, old and leaking from the top pipe. The Hot tub jets where not working and the tub was filled only half. I got a parking ticket every day even after paying parking fee, had to bring this to the recpetion attention everyday.

The hot tub was not working the entire stay. There was a noisy hockey tournament that had repeated noise complaints all three nights in a row and kept me and my family up all night while we were there. The bed was dirty and full of someone else’s hair when we arrived, then when asked to change the bed sheets it took hours for staff to get around to it and when they finally did the sheets were wet.
