Traditional-styled three story beach cottage located right in town and two easy blocks to the beach. Tastefully renovated and upgraded throughout. There are five bedrooms and three baths and sleeps 12. This family-friendly home is also pet-friendly with a fenced yard for the children and family friend. The home features a wraparound screened porch that is wonderful for gathering with the family and friends, dining or reading a good book. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.

The house features a new kitchen and all new furnishings. There is a full basement with laundry facilities.

We had a fantastic long weekend getaway at this charming house in Rehoboth Beach! The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly convenient to everything — just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants.The layout made good use of the space, and it was comfortable enough for our group. Kids, adults, and even our dog all had a great time enjoying the location and relaxing together.We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our October escape and would definitely return. Perfect Holiday Getaway

Charming and cozy house within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. Pet friendly an extra bonus. Weekend Tournament

Perfect location and adorable home that easily accommodated two families of five during a weekend tournament. We had one small dog with us and he loved the little yard. If you are an ice person for drinks or need ice for coolers, just make sure you buy bags for your stay.

Great property

We stayed there with children and grandchildren (11 people) and it was a great location, particularly if you have kids still young enough for Funland. The house is very well equiped for cooking. Even though it fronts on Bayard which has a fair amount of traffic, inside is very quiet.
