Don't get sick

My stay was good. One issue: i booked 3 rooms under my credit card, 1 for me 1 for 2 friends. One of my friends tested positive for Covid that morning and needed to cancel his trip with us. I ask the person at the front desk if she could cancel the room but she said she would have to check with the mgr and have him call me. I left my name and phone number with her, but never received a call. Bad business

Bed needed a mattress flip and room was noisy (heard every footstep and toilet flush from room above) but it was very clean with convenient parking. Free breakfast was also helpful for a morning activity when we were short on time.
