The gourmet kitchen is fitted with quartz countertops, a five-burner stovetop, and is well stocked for home chefs. Upstairs, three additional bedroomsâeach with an ensuiteâprovide plenty of space for everyone. The location is hard to beat: 2 State Rd sits just half a block from Rehoboth Ave and only a quick 15-minute walk (about six blocks) to the famous boardwalk and beach. Five-star restaurants and tax-free boutique shopping are right around the corner, and you're only two miles from the first of three Tanger Outlets. Outdoor options are nearby tooâstroll or bike the new four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path or spend part of the day at Tot Lot Community Park. Amenities include the private pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, recreational room, washer and dryer, and central A/C, with private driveway parking for three cars. Please note: the pool is open from 05/01 to 09/30; it is not heated during prime summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day), but can be heated in the off-season for an additional fee. One dog is welcome with a pet fee. No smoking. Linens are not provided, though a linen rental package is available. This home offers streaming services only (no cable).
