Big Boy Lake is a fisherperson’s paradise, offering opportunities to catch walleye, bluegill, crappie, northern, and bass. Encounter wildlife from loons to eagles to hummingbirds. Make s’mores around the campfire.
This cabin features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a spacious living room and dining room, and a full kitchen with all amenities, cookware and dishes. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. At the end of the day, watch spectacular sunsets over Big Boy Lake from the deck off the dining room.
The cabin has been in the family for three generations and was newly built in 1999. It is well-maintained and a great place for family, individuals, children, and pets alike. At nearby Timber Trails Resort, rent a boat or purchase gas, a fishing license, groceries and souvenirs. The cabin is conveniently located near Remer and Longville. For additional shopping, dining and exploration, Walker and Grand Rapids are both approximately 25 miles from the cabin. The cabin has everything you need to make lifetime memories - Don’t pass up this amazing and unique opportunity!

Great yard and lake!

The yard and lake are great! We were able to tie up our pontoon to the dock and play yard games. The yard is flat out to the lake which was super nice. The lake was fairly quiet too. There are neighbors nearby but still enough space and trees around for it to feel semi private. The cleanliness of the place definitely needs attention. The space could really use a deep clean and some general maintenance to improve the property. There also weren’t any basic cleaning supplies available, so we ended up purchasing some ourselves. That said, Paul was very responsive and apologetic when we brought it up, which we appreciated. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep of the property, this could be a great stay.

Great family time

We had a great weekend. The yard is big and flat, perfect for corn hole and other games. The fishing was amazing and we got to see a family of Loons and a Mama with her ducklings swimming right by the dock. Paul was helpful when we had a little issue, it was immediately taken care of! We will definitely stay again!

It was a fun time! We caught bass, crappie & sunnies off the dock and seen loons daily not far from the dock as well. House was very clean and we enjoyed time on the deck too. We rented a pontoon from Muskys Marina (local resort had 0 avail at the time) and enjoyed the beautiful lake as well. Owner is very nice & accommodating., The only tip I can give to the owner is to build a fire pit in the back yard other than that, perfect place to stay & plenty of room for a family.

Cabin was on Boy Lake with easy access to the public landing, and the fishing was excellent! Host was friendly, easy to contact and communicate with, and very accomodating! Definitely recommend staying here!
