This charming 28 m² flat with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 2 people, is available to rent in Rennes. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 13 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 100 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
