I had a really bad experience overall. The rooms were comfortable, but during our stay the kitchen sink (or possibly the dishwasher) was leaking water, especially when the dishwasher was running. We called the management regarding this issue, and they told us not to use the dishwasher. Because of this, we were unable to cook food, which was the primary reason we booked this accommodation — we specifically wanted a kitchen since we came to ski at Lake Tahoe. This was a dealbreaker and made our stay difficult, as we had to spend extra money eating out. Additionally, there was a loose shower tap that came off. Other than that, there was hot water and the essential amenities were working.

I love everything that KASA stands for. Please look into it before you book and decide to leave a bad review. The bad reviews I’ve seen are obviously from people who didn’t read ahead of time. The Reno KASA Archive is amazingly clean with a secure gated parking lot. They also have wheel carts available to carry luggage if needed. If you need anything just send a text message. I’ve always got a response (even late at night) within 60 seconds. In unit washer/dryer, full bathroom, fully functional kitchen with basic dishes already in the cupboards. Stove, fridge, dishwasher, family room, bedroom with walk-in closet. If you’re thinking 1 bedroom apartment right now, you’d be thinking correctly! Really all you have to bring is your food and clothes to turn it into your home away from home! Will certainly book again in the future if I’m in Reno!
