Bad Bad Bad service.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. The amount of times I had to visit the front desk, only to leave dissatisfied and upset, is ridiculous. I brought my family to Reno for a fun getaway, but instead of enjoying our trip, we wasted so much time arguing with rude staff members who clearly had no interest in helping. It seems like no one at this hotel communicates with each other—every time I asked for assistance, I got a different answer or was told to speak to someone else. We specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool, but that turned out to be another huge disappointment. The water was disgusting, and to make matters worse, the pool attendant handed us tiny towels and refused to give us any extras. The entire experience was beyond frustrating. If you’re looking for good customer service, a clean pool, or even basic hospitality, look elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the hassle.

The jetted tub in our room on/off button fell off and into the water when you touched it. We felt unsafe using it. Went to the pool at 8pm to use hot tub and was told they had no more towels so we asked if we could use the ones in our room, the girl said no cause there were no more towels in the hotel. What kind hotel runs out of towels?
