The room smelled like an indoor pool or like the whole room carpet was cleaned with bleach. i could barley breath correctly and i couldnt even stay in the room so i got my fing refund and went to a hotel that didnt make me want to throw up. By far the worst stay or i guess you call it attempted stay at a hotel in my life Also, the sports book closed after the last game started in the day.........every sports book in the world closes after the last game of the day is OVER not started. the manager basically hid from me in the begining when i asked for the manager at the front desk. then when i called same thing but i persisted. she made me out to be ""sensitive"" to the smell of the bleach. TO MCUH BLEACH IS TOXIC AND CAUSES ALL KINDS OF HELATH PROBLEMS! READ A BOOK!

Very convenient hotel

The hotel has many convenient items but needs to be updated in the rooms. Ours had a musty old coffee smell. The cafe was wonderful and the casino had many options for playing.

I had an issue with my booking through a third party. I talked to the staff member when I checked in and told her what was going on. She was able to easily correct everything making my experience fantastic! The marina view is beautiful! Will be back for sure!

I really enjoyed staying here. Conveniently located around shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops, and the casino was small but fun! It’s defiantly a busy area but surprisingly wasn’t loud from our room. The beds were amazingly comfortable as well. I would consider staying here again.

I need a stepstool

We stay here often and are always pleased. The property is well kept and clean, the staff is professional and friendly. We appreciate being able to request a microwave in addition to the fridge. The only two drawbacks are 1) the challenge to find a parking space at certain times of the day as it is a popular locals casino, and 2) we always treat ourselves to a kingsize bed, and its too high! I have trouble getting up into the bed. I need to ask if they have a stepstool or bring my own, which I forget to do...
