All three villas have their own pool, heated spa whirlpool and individual facilities, and feature a fence, however kindly note that some areas might be overlooked.

Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies where our younger guests can explore the outdoor playground. The property lays in 600sqm outdoor area with spectacular surroundings, and is fully fenced. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living.

Our unique villa features a SaltWater Pool, featuring lower chlorine levels, which makes it gentler on the eyes and skin during use.

A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, one on the first floor with en-suite bathroom on and two with shared bathroom at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumbler Drier, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen. Location Overview
Agrielia Villa is located in the picturesque village of Pigianos Kampos/Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation. It is the last part of the long beach of the Bay of Rethymno and the beach of the area is sandy, quite calm and less noisy than the rest beaches of Rethymnon. Between Pigianos Kambos and Stavromenos, you can swim and snorkel in the numerous rocky small coves. Moreover, in Pigianos Kambos you might have the chance to see the protected nests of sea turtles, laying their eggs on the sandy beach. 

The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long! The area is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, have your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars. Also in Stavromenos and Skaleta just 5 minutes away by car or bus, guests will find a butcher shop, an ATM machine and a petrol station.

Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages! It is only 20 minutes’ drive away from the city of Rethymno and approximately one hour from the International Airport of Heraklion.
