n one of the most beautiful and peaceful neighborhoods of Rethymo and only 5 minutes walking from the center of the city and 2 minutes from the beach of Koumpes, you will meet “Amalthea” family residence, a 150 sq metres detached house that can host up to 6 persons.

Amalthea” family residence is your city-home for your holidays. Located in one peaceful neighborhood and only 5 minutes from the center of Rethymno it can combine the perfect place for resting after your trip or your visit to the beach and the easy access to the city with a 5 minutes walking. Furthermore, the highway of Crete is also 3 minutes driving, making it the perfect start for exploring the island. And as it also in the center of Crete, you can easily explore most part of the island with one-day trips. However, the strong point of the house is that it is only a step from Koumpes beach. Within a 2 minutes walking, you can feel refreshed and enjoy the sun.

‘Amalthea” family residence is constructed in maisonette style, measures around 150 m2 and can host up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms.

As you are coming in from the exterior road door of the house, you will meet the front yard, where you will find a small table with two chairs, as well as a relaxing spot for sunbathing with two convenient chairs.

From this yard we are having access to the interior of the house with the main door. On the ground floor of the house you will find the living area with a luxury sitting room with a big TV, a dining area, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with toilette and shower.

The top floor consists of the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms which all have a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have also access to small balcony, while in all of them there is a big wardrobe for your stuff. At the biggest bedroom there is also a TV. Moreover, on the top floor there is also the big bathroom with toilette and bath.

The house is equipped with Television, coffee machine, dishwasher, hair dryer and baby cot.

From the living room of the house, we have also access to the backyard, where you will find a bigger exterior table, some toys for children and a small BBQ with which you can prepare unforgettable dinners.
