This captivating home is embellished with a private heated swimming pool featuring a two seater in-pool Spa Whirlpool compartment. For your outmost convenience this area features a remote controlled pergola system over the pool, so as to enjoy privacy & relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ facilities), offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provides the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 35 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Location Overview
Dianthus Residence is located in the picturesque village of Agia Paraskeui, where guests will be welcomed by a lovely taverna within walking distance. In the nearby village of Pigi, guests can find wonderful local tavernas, cafe, a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s as well as a pharmacy, all within 950metres to 1,5km (5 minutes driving). A mini market can be also found in the nearby Adele Village, as well as a gas station within 3 minutes driving.

Pigianos Kampos beach, which is the closest to the villa, less than 10 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Next to Pigianos Kampos, in Adelianos Kampos there is also an Atm machine.

Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 15 minutes.
